Born and raised in Champaign County, PJ obtained his appraisal license in 2006, his real estate license in 2008, and managing broker’s license in 2015. PJ owns his own real estate brokerage, Trautman Real Estate Agency & Appraisal, LLC, and has offices in Champaign and Chicago, Illinois. Additionally, PJ is a Licensed Broker in Florida with Preferred Properties - Key West.
Living in central IL his whole life, he has familiarized himself with the community and what it has to offer. PJ enjoys finding the right home for all of his clients and is passionate about helping clients make what is likely the biggest financial decision of their lives; buying a home.
